My current project (as of Oct 2016) is Propulsor Zero.
The goal is to develop an outrageously efficient, high thrust capacity propulsion system for future aircraft.
Electric systems are being utilized due to their extremely high power efficiency. The challenge lies in developing a highly efficient and/or regenerative blade system. So far, a blended-method (BEM and Lifting-Line) blade analysis program in XFOIL & Python has been developed, and, as of writing this, I am in the verification phase of that program.
